Your authorisation is ending: the four options

A temporary authorisation cannot be renewed: 5 years for new applications, at most 6 years for the former annual authorisations. When it ends, nightly letting becomes illegal. Decide what comes next six months ahead.

Option 2: switch to a mobility lease
