As a professional manager, we put our own responsibility on the line. Our professional liability insurance (RC Pro) covers the consequences of any failing in the management of your property. In practice, you are never alone facing a dispute: an insured professional acts and answers for you.
We hold the professional real-estate management licence — the French “carte G” — issued under the Hoguet Act. It certifies that we are legally authorised to manage a property on an owner's behalf, within a strict framework: financial guarantee, professional insurance, verified competence.
