Where most concierge services impose an impersonal key box, we favour an in-person handover whenever possible. A walkthrough of the property, a presentation of the neighbourhood, tailored recommendations: the guest feels expected, not merely delivered.
We host arrivals until 11 pm at no extra cost, and we organise late check-ins with a secure key box and phone support for arrivals after midnight.
Every entry and exit is documented with photographs. This traceability protects your property and makes any future claim easier in the event of damage.
